Refund & Return Policy – Biscky’s Pet Supplies
At Biscky’s Pet Supplies, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged items, unless stated otherwise in the product description.

Items deemed non-refundable by the supplier cannot be returned. Customers should review product-specific return eligibility before purchasing.

Return requests must be initiated after the order is marked as delivered.
2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at contact@bisckypets.com.

Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label within 24 hours.

Customers must ship the item back to the designated return address provided in the return approval.

Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs

Most suppliers require the buyer to cover return shipping costs.

If an item is defective or incorrect due to our error, we may cover the return shipping cost.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund if the customer is responsible for the return.
4. Refund Processing

Once your returned item arrives at the warehouse and is inspected, we will process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after warehouse inspection.

If your return request is approved but you do not return the item, no refund will be issued.

If your refund is delayed beyond the standard processing time, please contact us for assistance.
5. Return Limitations

Customers are subject to a 5% return rate limit. If this threshold is exceeded, additional return requests may be denied until the rate decreases.
6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

Perishable goods

Custom or personalized products

Gift cards

Items marked as non-refundable by the supplier

Partial refunds are not offered (e.g., opened but unused items).
7. Exchanges & Replacements

Exchanges are not supported. If you need a different item, size, or color, a new order must be placed.

Replacements for defective/damaged items may be sent at our discretion, but customers may be required to return the original item first.
8. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before processing begins. Once an order is in progress, it cannot be canceled.

If an order cannot be canceled, customers must wait for delivery and initiate a return if eligible.
9. Special Cases (Lost Packages, Incorrect Address, Customs Fees)

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will offer a refund or allow you to reorder.

Incorrect Address: If the incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout, resolution options depend on the supplier’s policy. Customers may need to reorder the item.

Customs & Import Fees: These are included in pricing unless stated otherwise. Customers are responsible for any additional fees that may arise at customs.
